Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience. Guide dogs are welcome at the venue with proof of eligibility.
The digital ticket is not sufficient; please print out your ticket and present it at the main ticket office, stating your order ID. The venue will not allow entry unless the ticket is printed.
Most areas of the museum (parking lots, restaurant, foyer with ticket office, outdoor area, ground floor of the museum halls, etc.) are barrier-free. However, the upper floors of the museum halls and some of the exhibits, such as the airplanes on the museum roof, are not accessible for wheelchairs or strollers.
