The museum is fantastic and absolutely worth a visit for all technology enthusiasts. Whether young or old, there is plenty to see for everyone. We bought the tickets online on the way and only saw when we confirmed our booking that we had to print them out. Unfortunately, there was no file to print out. That was a bit of a shock, but at the ticket office we only had to give our names and the tickets were handed to us ready printed out. Perhaps this could be pointed out when booking ;) Otherwise everything was great!

It was a really interesting visit. The 3D film Hubble was particularly impressive. The saving on the original admission price is also commendable.

The museum is great with very friendly staff. When booking with Headout, I would like it to be pointed out from the beginning that the tickets have to be printed out. I booked in the car on our outward journey and only found out at the end of the order that it had to be printed. Unfortunately we don't have a printer in the car. After calling the museum and sending the confirmation email, the tickets were printed out for us and we were able to collect them at the ticket office. Seems to happen more often, as there were other printouts at the cash desk.

My son (5) and my partner really enjoyed their visit to the museum. We were just amazed and admiring from 12 to 5 pm. I also really liked the individual photo spots where you could take nice souvenir pictures. There were always "interactions" where you could bring the machines to life.

The museum website mentioned that if you booked your tickets online in advance, you no longer had to go to the ticket office and could go straight into the museum without queuing. Not only were the instructions for your booking inaccurate as to where to validate your tickets: You just had to go to the ticket office first after all. There are worse things, but it did cost time and nerves.
