Large parking lot, very >clear the parking lot and the entrance to all halls also well presented in color, you have a lot of space and a lot to jam the right at the beginning is an aircraft in close to see, even the restaurants are wheelchair accessible before the entrance. The waiting times are not long at all, after 5 minutes you are actually already in the first hall to visit the museum. You can always find staff if you have any questions about which car or tank is on display.

First of all, it didn't work. The email with the tickets was empty. A call there only brought up a computer that couldn't help. I already thought it was a scam. Then my husband called again and after a long time he got an English-speaking employee on the phone. He was able to help and then provided the tickets. All in all, everything was fine. I also have to say that the cashier was stupid, a younger one next door, who we approached second, didn't even need the tickets. The order number was enough for her...
